Below you will find the costs for each week of summer camp. This year’s camp fee includes a Summer Camp T-shirt along with lodging, meals, supplies, program fees, & insurance. (T-shirt not included for adults on FamilyAdventure Camp or for LIT R&R.) Please read the discount information following the list of weeks to find out if you qualify for a reduced price.

| LIT Program: Add $10 fee for each week (excluding LIT R&R). |
*Discounts:
• Register by June 1st and receive $10 off each registration (excluding Family Adventure Camp).
• Campers who belong to a church that supports the WMUV through the Baptist General Association of VA & the Alma Hunt Offering will receive a $30 discount for each week (excluding Family Adventure Camp).
• Family Adventure Camp: Children ages 0-2 are free, children ages 3-4 are $60, children 5 and up are $100.
Financial Policy:
There is a non-refundable $20.00 registration processing fee. All cancellations must be received in writing three weeks prior to your scheduled camp week for a partial refund. After this time, no refunds will be given except in the case of severe illness or death in the immediate family. Names of campers may be substituted, but notification of the change must be made before opening day. There is a $20.00 fee for returned checks. Should you need to change dates for your camper for any reason after reservations have been confirmed, there will be a $20 charge per person, per change.
Scholarships:
WMUV offers a limited number of scholarships each summer to deserving campers who would otherwise not be able to attend camp at CrossRoads due to financial reasons. Scholarship forms and information can be downloaded from the forms page.
