There are 2 ways to register for CrossRoads Summer Camp.

(Online Registration)

Method One: You may register ONLINE by following the link above.This will take you to an external, secure online registration site where you may create an account for your family, register one or more campers, pay by credit card, and download necessary forms and a packing list. If you have used our online registration in the past, you will need to create a new account as we are now using a new registration company. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Important Notes about Online Registration:

Registering more than one camper per family—Our online registration makes this easy! When you get to the “Review” screen, choose “Add Another Camper”.
Church leaders registering a group —Collect a completed paper registration form from each camper. These forms can be found inside summer camp brochures (call 434-277-8465 to request) or downloaded here. The online camper registration closely matches the paper registration form to make it easy for groups registering this way.  You will need to use the paper forms to register each family separately.   
Registering one camper for more than one week—Simply choose all desired weeks for your camper when session choices are offered. If you choose to add an additional week at a later date, just login and add the new week to an existing camper.
Family Adventure Camp registrants—Begin by entering one camper. When you get to the “Review” screen, choose “Add Another Camper”. Each adult and child attending must be added as a separate camper.
Campers of volunteers & WMUV scholarship recipients—Unfortunately we are unable to accept online registrations from you at this time. You will need to submit your registration using the paper form. These forms can be found inside summer camp brochures (call 434.277.8465 to request) or downloaded here. Please call the CrossRoads office to obtain the discount code that must be included on the form.

Method Two: You may fill out the PAPER FORM found in the center of the Summer Camp brochure or downloaded here . Full payment must be received to process paper registrations. We accept checks, VISA, MasterCard, and Discover.

Upon registration, you will receive a confirmation letter (usually by e-mail) along with a link to download a health form which MUST be brought to camp, and a packing list. If you have not received confirmation from CrossRoads within two weeks of sending your registration, please call 434.277.8465.

Reservations for camp weeks and specific tracks are on a first-come, first-served basis.
