The CrossRoads summer staff team consistently stands out as one of the very best elements of our program. Comprised of older high school, college, and seminary students, our staff team is well trained in basic first aid and safety, counseling students, leading worship and Bible studies, and encouraging campers. Update! We have hired many talented young women for the 2008 summer, but we still have several openings for young men who would like to serve as boys’ counselors and support staff members.
