Reuben has a great deal of experience with summer camping, and he is following God's call on his life to serve in the camping and conference ministry through CrossRoads. Reuben and his wife, Nicole, have three children. |

Caleb Zickefoose, Food Services Manager

Caleb Zickefoose joined the staff of CrossRoads in 2008. Caleb is a graduate of Johnson and Wales University of Culinary Arts, with an Associate in Baking and Pastry. He is a member of the American Culinary Federation and a Certified Pastry Chef. Caleb says, "My true passion for food came from my mother who taught me my whole life to have a deep appreciation for all types of food." Caleb and his wife, Ayako, have two children. |

Nicole Todd is a wife, mother of 3, and graduate of Liberty University. Nicole has been involved in and had a love for Christian Conference Center & Camp ministry for many years. Nicole says “I am blessed to be able to serve the Lord in a ministry I am passionate about.”

Chad Davidson, Facilities Manager (cdavidson@crossroadsccc.com)
Chad Davidson began serving at Crossroads in 2010 as Facilities Manager.
Chad comes to Crossroads with an in depth background in the construction
industry coupled with a heart for ministry and for seeing others grow
deeper in their personal relationship with Jesus Christ. Chad's passion
for the outdoors as well as his training and professional experiences
give him a well rounded perspective in serving as the Facilities Manager
at Crossroads. Chad and his wife, Jessica, have two children.

Hourly Positions Availiable:
Cook for CrossRoads Camp and Conference Center (hourly position) - Working under the direction of the Food Services Manager, this person is responsible for preparation of meals, assisting with post-meal clean up, and ensuring a safe and clean environment of the dining facility. Work related experience in food services is a plus. Must work hospitably, compassionately, cooperatively and tactfully with CrossRoads Team, individual guests, volunteers and groups using professional servanthood model; must frequently lift up to 25 pounds.
Maintenance Worker (hourly position) - Working under the direction of the Facilities Manager, or Director, this person is required to perform preventative and scheduled maintenance of all facilities, grounds and equipment, and maintain organization of tools and equipment. Must work hospitably, compassionately, cooperatively and tactfully with CrossRoads Team, individual guests, volunteers and groups using professional servanthood model; have a basic understanding of, or willingness to learn: plumbing, carpentry, electrical, painting, forestry and fire control, vehicles and other related equipment, janitorial, food services equipment, grounds maintenance and water treatment. This position requires a physical ability to regularly lift up to 25 pounds, frequently lift up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift up to 100 pounds.
